Beautifully decorated unit, feels like just arriving home, ideal for family with children, we enjoyed the loft space! so close to the Kruger it's like leaving on the doorstep. The lodge as whole has games and vibrant for all members of family especially on days when children do not want to go to the jungle the whole day! Thanks very much we enjoyed ourselves and a return is a must!

Thank you very much for a lovely few days. We enjoyed the impala grazing at our doorstep and the bird life. Only negative comment is on the maintenance guys who arrived one evening to change the globes without arrangements. We were a bit hesitiant to let them in.

We had a wonderful weekend at cambalala which beautifully furnished and equipped.It is situated in a very quiet part of the estate with pretty gardens.Our only complaint was that the bathrooms are a little cramped for 8 people. However we would love to stay there again sometime soon

Cambalala is a really lovely unit in the Kruger Park Lodge - we had such a great holiday there! It is spacious and has everything you could possibly need. We loved having braais (barbeques) outside on the deck and just enjoying the monkeys and the impalas that would wander past! It is very close to the new Phabeni gate to the Kruger Park so it was convenient to go into the Park every day. We are definitely going to return, and I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to stay near the Kruger Park!

We had a great time and while the elements caused some distress (boy did it rain) the service and response we got from the Lodge and the owners was fantastic! Clean, neat, well equipped and there were no disappointments - we got what we expected and more, and this is rare! Thank you for the use of your home!

We enjoyed Cabala but we did have 'ant trouble' in our beds!! We bought spray but still had bites, so enquired at reception for solution, to be told that the house was to be sprayed after we checked out!!!!! Not much good for us.
***** Owner's reply: I am really sorry to hear about this. You are the first guest to complain about ants. We have the unit sprayed every 6 weeks to ensure the bush bugs are kept at bay. I hope you will accept our sincerest apologies. I've emailed you further regarding this.

Cambalala = FABULOUS
I have just returned from a fantastic break at Cambalala, a lovely cottage in Kruger park Lodge.
The accommodation exceeded our expectations on all levels. The cottage was luxurious, clean, spacious and private. The owners were extremely helpful and provided detailed information on the accommodation and directions to Cambalala. Within the cottage they provided a folder with very detailed information about the resort as well as the surrounding areas. This included information about local doctors, shops, activities etc.
We had 4 children in our group; 2 teenagers, a 10 and an 8 year old. We never had any complaints of boredom from any of them. What a find if adults, teenagers and littler kids can all be happy in the same place?!

Somos um grupo de amigos, adorámos ficar no Cambalala, a casa é muito linda, tem tudo o necessário e a decoração é muito cuidada , cheia de promenores simpaticos , tudo muito limpo e sentimo-nos como na nosso lar. Tudo funciona muito bem e tem tudo o que necessitamos. O parque onde se situa é muito lindo,limpo e agradável. Foi a primeira vez que visitámos a região de Haziview e adorámos. A localização de Cambalala é optima para ir ao Kruger ou para visitar a região. O booking foi muito fácil e Raymond com quem nos escrevemos foi muito afavel, comprrensivo e simpatico, Recomendamos a 100% este alojamento de qualidade excepcional e preço acessivel.

We had a fantatstic holiday at Cambalala. The house is beautiful and very well equiped. The location is fantastic, you can enjoy a quiet night out on the patio or a short drive away and there are several excellant restaurants, shops and entertainment facilities.
